Braves Held to Just One Hit In Loss to Reds

Reds starter Johnny Klippstein had a career day as he held the Braves to just one hit and Warren Spahn was roughed up in his final start before the World Series.  Bob Hazle broke up the no-hitter with two outs in the eighth inning with a single to right.  Harry Hanebrink was the only other Brave to reach base with a walk.

Warren Spahn fell to 21-11 on the season.  He gave up four runs (three earned) on six hits and a walk with three strikeouts in six innings of work.
