Braves Come Back Big In Ten Inning Win Over Giants

In an amazing comeback the Braves scored four runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to send the game into extra frames and then Mantillia drew a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the tenth to win it.  Wes Covington had a big game and he went two for four with a homerun, three RBIs and two runs while Del Crandall went two for four with a solo homer.

Warran Spahn was roughed up for four runs in 4 2/3 innings a no decision.  Bob Trowbridge threw a shutout tenth inning and he improved to 4-3 on the season.
