August 25, 1957 at Connie Mack Stadium
Braves 7, Phillies 3 (76-46)
The Braves put themselves thirty games over the .500 mark for the first time after Bob Hazle individually dismantled the Phillies. He belted a pair of three run homers en route to a perfect three for three day. Warren Spahn even helped out his own cause and he belted a solo homerun in the third inning.
Spahn improved to 16-8 on the season with a decent enough start. He gave up three runs on nine hits and a walk with three strikeouts in the complete game win.
